The McLaren 720S is a super sports car from McLaren with a four-liter V8 mid-engine. The vehicle was shown to the public for the first time in March 2017 as the successor to the McLaren 650S at the 87th Geneva Motor Show. Compared to the previous model, the 720S is based on a modified carbon chassis (cage) that is lighter and more torsion-resistant.
With an absolute curb weight of 1283 kg, the 530 kW (720 hp) sports car accelerates to 100 km/h in 2.9 s, to 200 km/h in 7.8 s and reaches a top speed of 341 km/h.
